IBNUSINA RESOURCES SDN. BHD. (IRSB) was incorporated on 23rd May 2003 with an authorized capital of RM5,000,000.00 and a paid-up capital of RM4,500,000.00. We specialize in the provisioning of Offshore Support Vessels (OSVs) which include Supply Vessels, Anchor Handling Tugs, Accommodation Work Boats, ccommodation Work Barges, and various other types of offshore vessels. In addition, we are also involved in businesses such as Bunkering Services (licensed by KPDN for PDA2 and PDA4), Trading & Services as well as Medical Supplies.

IRSB holds key industry licenses, including the PETRONAS License, Ministry of Finance (MOF) License with Bumiputera Company Certification, as well as PDA 2 and PDA 4 Licenses issued by the Ministry of Domestic Trade and Consumer Affairs (KPDNKK).

Managing Director

With over 20 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, Mr. Mohd Fazal Hassan has extensive expertise in vessel management, marketing, and various oil and gas-related operations.

Under his exemplary leadership in his previous company, he played a pivotal role in the company’s growth — evolving from a supplier of industrial chemicals and machinery parts to becoming an agent representing international offshore vessel owneroperators serving the oil and gas sector.

Widely recognized for his sincerity and integrity, he has established a strong reputation as a reliable and capable provider of supply and support services across the upstream and downstream oil, gas, and petrochemical industries.

DR. HAZLAN HAMZAH

Finance Director

Dr. Hazlan Hamzah brings with him 18 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, with a strong experiences background in banking and finance. His leadership in his previous company was instrumental in strengthening and expanding the financial capabilities of the organization.

Renowned for his integrity and professionalism, Dr. Hazlan is widely recognized as a reliable and trustworthy figure in the industry, contributing to the company’s solid reputation as a capable supply and service provider in both the upstream and downstream sectors of the oil, gas, and petrochemical industries.

With 18 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, Dr. Mohd Fauzi Hassan has developed extensive expertise in vessel management and marketing. Under his exemplary leadership in his previous role, he played a key role in the financial growth and operational expansion of the company.
