Our objective is to be acknowledged as a responsible and reliable ship management company, operating at the forefront of maritime technology. We are consistently dedicated to enhancing the Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality (SHEQ) management capabilities of our personnel, both onshore and onboard. Our next strategic target is to evolve into a Vessel Owner Operator (VOO) by owning and operating our own fleet with a local crew.

Our primary focus is on the supply of goods and materials for drilling activities. This encompasses a comprehensive range of services, including tank cleaning, container cargo handling, corrosion integration services, manpower supply for drilling operations, and other related requirements. In addition to our core specialization, we continue to provide a wide spectrum of general trading services to meet diverse client needs.

We provide manpower supply services to all Production Sharing Contractors (PSCs) as well as for rigs and offshore platforms. The categories of manpower we offer are as follows:

• Skilled Manpower
• General Manpower

This is a new business sector for IRSB. We have successfully obtained PDA 2, PDA 4, and LPG licenses from KPDNKK since 2023. Our services include:

• Kemaman Port – PDA 2: Bunkering via tanker vessels or barges, pipeline transfer, and road tankers.
• Kuantan Port – PDA 2: Bunkering via tanker vessels or barges, pipeline transfer, and road tankers.
• Pasir Gudang Port – PDA 2: Bunkering via tanker vessels or barges, pipeline transfer, and road tankers.
• Tanjung Pelepas Port – PDA 2: Bunkering via tanker vessels or barges, pipeline transfer, and road tankers.
• PDA 4 – Diesel Supply: Supplying diesel throughout Malaysia.
• PDA 4 – LPG Supply: Supplying LPG (Liquefied Petroleum Gas) throughout Malaysia.
